User Agreement
This User Agreement (hereinafter — the "Agreement") defines the terms of use of the theins.ru website and related services (hereinafter — the "Site"), the rights and obligations of visitors and users of the Site (hereinafter — the "User").
By using the Site, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms of this Agreement.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The Insider (hereinafter — the "Publication") is an online publication specializing in journalistic investigations, fact-checking, and political analysis.
1.2. This Agreement is a public offer and enters into force from the moment it is posted on the Site.
1.3. The Site Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes take effect from the moment the new version of the Agreement is posted on the Site.
2. Rights and Obligations of the User
2.1. The User undertakes to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable law.
2.2. When using the Site, the User has the right to:
- Access materials published on the Site;
- Subscribe to news newsletters (when providing an email address);
- Make donations in support of the Publication;
- Unsubscribe from news newsletters and cancel regular donations;
- Request information from the Publication about their personal data stored by the Publication.
3. Donations
3.1. The User may make a donation in any convenient form to support the activities of the Publication.
3.2. Purpose of donation: funds are considered received for statutory activities and maintenance of The Insider.
3.3. The User may cancel their donation within 15 days from the date of the transaction by notifying the Publication by email at [email protected]. The Publication undertakes to return the funds within 15 days from the receipt of such notification.
4. Intellectual Property
4.1. All materials posted on the Site, including texts, photographs, videos, and graphic images, are objects of intellectual property and are protected by copyright law.
4.2. The use of Site materials is permitted only with an active hyperlink to theins.ru as the source.
5. Final Provisions
5.1. Issues not regulated by this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
5.2. In the event of any disputes or disagreements related to the execution of this Agreement, the User and the Publication shall make every effort to resolve them through negotiations.
